A small amount of stress can help you stay focused, energized, and ready to take on new challenges at work. It's what keeps you alert during a presentation or protects you from making costly blunders Stress could be described as “the non-specific response of the body to any demand placed upon it” (Connolly et.al, 2009)) 'the negative reaction that people experience when they are subjected to excessive pressures or other forms of demands'. When employees are unable to cope with pressures and other challenges, they experience stress. Employers should match employee skills and expertise to demands.

-Employee reduction in the firm will cause overtime.
-Short period of deadline
-Don’t have the control over the work
SYMPTOMS OF JOB STRESS
-Fatigue
-Sleeping difficulties
-Anxiety, irritability or depression
-Suffering from a lack of sexual desire
-Tensions in the muscles or headaches
-Concentration issues
-Apathy, irritability or depression.
HOW TO MANAGE STRESS
- Exercise and nutrition can help you stay healthy
- Reach out to relieve workplace stress
- Prioritize and organize your tasks
- Make sure you get enough sleep.
-Setup appropriate boundaries
-Assign accountability to others
-Breakdowns the project in to manageable chunks
-Make Schedule work

Stress is the common aspect of each and every organization. Proper stress relief management of the firm will increase the productivity of the firm. Stress free environment will reduce the wastages in the firm and enhance the efficiency and increase the profitability of the firm.
