Employees are considered one of the major drivers of an organization. The success or failure heavily depends upon employee performance. Employee performance is defined as the results of employees in terms of process, output, application & success (Nassazi, 2013). Satisfied employees perform well and provide their maximum contribution to achieve the goals & objectives of the organization. Employees’ higher performance is a strength & it positively impacts the company. Performance can be denoted in the development of production, comfortableness, using new technological advancements, or being a highly encouraged employee (Nassazi, 2013). There are some organizations, that may not use a proper approach or method for evaluating employee performance. Due to that, this action considers that creates unclear, ineffective & enigmatic ultimate results (Ahmed, et al., 2013). Assessing employee performance is a complex & complicated task, as it may affect all aspects of employees’ viewpoints & responses. Anyway, it gives a comprehensive view related to the employees’ current status of performance. On the other hand, leaders of the organization should be supportive & assist employees in improving their performance goals & achievements as well as action plans in terms of providing assistance & supervision on how to assign their effort to determine tasks effectively & efficiently (Rodriguez & Walters, 2019). Motivating employees to achieve goals is significant, as it increases their performance & raises the productivity level of the organization as well (Goerg, 2015).

Factors affecting employee performance (Chiu, 2020):

· Positive workplace environment

· Proper training & development

· Higher level of employee engagement

· Competence

· Employees’ improved recognition of their effort

· Tools & equipment to do jobs or tasks well

· Productive workload

· Healthy company culture & morale

· Supportive leadership & effective supervision

Increasing employee performance directly & positively influence increased productivity, strategic goal achievements, success, existence, productivity & profitability of the organization. It is very important to the personal growth & development of employees as higher performance directs employees towards their achievements also. An organization should have a proper performance management system to manage employee performance well. Performance management determines that organizational goals are frequently met in an effective & efficient way and it persuades lifelong education adapted to employees’ development plans & objectives (EK & Mukuru, 2013).

  5. Employee performance can get 2 ways like from out sources and by in house training. Training with technical & leadership we can get better performance from them.

  6. Employee performance is variable of each by each. This value should be independent and fair. Because every employee's career life will measure through this in some important occasions such as interviews, employee promotions process...etc.
