Today’s organizations tend to be considered to create a positive work environment in the organization, as it provides a considerable contribution to the organization. A positive work environment is directly & effectively affected on its employees, management & the entire process of the organization. Both physical & psychological work environments affect the behavior & mindset of employees. A healthy workplace ensures employee growth. The workplace, in which factors affect with employee’s talent or capacity to connect physically with the office environment is called a physical work environment (Hafeez, et al., 2019). An environment, that mainly determines people & encourages them to be in its workforce, provides them the expectation to perform well, is called an attractive environment or healthy environment and it assists to make recruitment & retention in the workplace (Awan & Tahir, 2015). The workplace environment is a significant factor for employees as they spend a particular part of their time at work & it influences them in one way or many (Hafeez, et al., 2019). The workplace environment emphatically impacts the behavior of individuals. Therefore, the distinction of the working environment plays a vital role as a key element in focusing the quality of employees, their motivation, productivity & performance (Sharma, et al., 2016). A good work environment encourages employees to pay their full attention & strength to perform their job or task well (Vischer, 2007). On the other hand, if employees are working in an unconfident & destructive working environment, affected job-related issues due to the pessimistic influences of the environment on their performance, while affecting the comprehensive productivity of the organization (Chandrasekar, 2011). Having a positive work environment creates values & advantages not only for the employees & the organization but also indirectly to the overall society as well.
