Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions. The term may also be applied to any machine that exhibits traits associated with a human mind such as learning and problem-solving. (Winston P.H, 1992)

Artificial intelligence will eliminate 80 million jobs in 2025 and creating new jobs. AI will replacing jobs in the future workers in industries ranging from healthcare to agriculture and industrial sectors can all expect to see disruptions in hiring due to AI. Demand for workers, especially in robotics and software engineering. One of the advantages of AI for business is that it automates regards to controlling across a company, enabling staff to focus on creative solutions, complex problem solving, and grow professionally. (Charnaiak E,1985)


ROLE OF AI IN EMPLOYMENT


Ø AI provide ease of duplication and dissemination of knowledge.

Ø AI offers more permanent storage of knowledge of employment.

Ø Improve the quality of talent management

Ø Automated performance review will help to the organization to correct the data and eliminates the physiological bias

Ø Continuous real-time assessments.


Its help to timely feedback of the improvement areas and increase the productivity.

Ø Remove Bias

It’s provide the unbiased work environment so everyone gets equal opportunity for promotion and pay raises.

Ø Easily internal communication and query resolution

Automate repetitive responses so employees can find the answers for their questions.

Ø Provide Quick and agile continuous performance feed back

Disadvantages of AI in Employment

Ø Higher Cost: - Creation of artificial intelligence requires huge costs as well as they are very complex machines and their repair and maintenance require huge cost.

Ø No Replicating Humans: - Machines do not have any emotions and moral values. It’s only read the coded way not the real intelligence of the employees.

Ø Loss of crucial human potential: - it cannot be work perfect in all situations when the decision making situations the Human part is essential.

Ø Legal issues: - Data theft in the organization.

Ø Unemployment:- Replacement of humans with machines can lead to unemployment

 

CONCLUSIONS


Implementation of AI in employment will enhance the productivity of the employment. AI supplementing intelligence and supporting managers in just doing their business and getting better decisions, rather than taking over their roles and becoming intrusive while gathering data.AI is that it can significantly reduce errors and increase accuracy and precision. Artificial Intelligent has massive potential for creating better employment.
